Terms of Service

Welcome to ViralNex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Advertiser", or "Publisher") and ViralNex. By registering an account, accessing, or using our platform and services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. ViralNex operates as a digital advertising network that connects advertisers seeking traffic with publishers providing ad inventory.

1.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and participate in the ViralNex network.

2. Advertiser Terms & Traffic Delivery

2.1. Campaign Approval: All advertising campaigns created on ViralNex are subject to manual or automated review. We reserve the right to reject or pause any campaign that violates our content guidelines (including, but not limited to: malware, phishing, illegal content, or misleading claims).

2.2. Funds & Deposits: To initiate a campaign, advertisers must maintain a positive balance. The minimum deposit amount is $10.00. Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

2.3. Pricing Models: Advertisers will be billed strictly based on the model selected during campaign creation, primarily Cost Per Mille (CPM) or Cost Per Click (CPC).

2.4. Traffic Validation: ViralNex utilizes a proprietary server-side validation system. You acknowledge that our system's statistics and data regarding impressions, clicks, and fraud filtration are final and binding for billing purposes.

3. Publisher Terms & Monetization

3.1. Website Approval: Publishers must submit their websites for review. We do not accept sites containing illegal material, copyright infringement, adult content (unless specified in specific categories), or sites generating artificial traffic.

3.2. Ad Placement: Publishers agree not to alter, modify, or obscure the ad codes provided by ViralNex. Placing ads on hidden pages, zero-pixel iframes, or incentivizing users to click ads is strictly prohibited.

3.3. Payments & Withdrawals:

• The minimum payout threshold for publishers is $10.00.
• Payments are calculated based on the statistics recorded in the ViralNex dashboard.
• Standard payouts are processed on a Net-15 schedule (earnings from the previous month are paid by the 15th of the current month), subject to account verification.

4. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy

4.1. ViralNex maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of fraudulent activity.

4.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using bots, automated scripts, crawlers, or emulators to generate impressions or clicks.
• Purchasing traffic from PTC (Paid-to-Click), Autosurf, or Traffic Exchange networks.
• Using VPNs, Proxies, or Data Centers to mask the true origin of traffic.
• Click manipulation or encouraging users to click ads for rewards.

4.3. If our anti-fraud systems or compliance team detects artificial traffic on a Publisher's account, ViralNex reserves the absolute right to suspend the account immediately, withhold all pending payouts, and refund the affected Advertisers.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

5.2. ViralNex reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account, without warning or refund, if we determine that the user has violated any of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a security risk to the network.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. ViralNex provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the platform.

6.2. Under no circumstances shall ViralNex be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our network, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
